Dealt with these guys via amazon 3rd party. Purchased a $1,500 radar. Was shipped promptly but when it failed to arrive I struggled to communicate with them and even when they did I was told nothing could be done because they failed to insure it. A stranger signed for it so amazon won't help me either. How someone can ship something of such high value at the height of package theft season (christmas) and not require a verified (only myself) person sign it much less insure it is beyond me. Absolutely absurd that I'm now left empty handed and $1,500 less.
