Extremely inconvenient, they don't answer phones, if they can't find who a package belongs to instead of contacting anyone or waiting the set days for someone to attempt pick up they just send it back, and I've had my mail sent to the wrong address and when that person did the responsible thing to try and take it back this office said to just throw it away. That person instead found my address themselves and made sure I got my mail.
Since the general public has chosen other sources to send their items, sometimes more costly, mail service had been redirected, upgraded and overall has improved services and still delivers our mail. At the current speed of delvery, look out UPS, Fed-Ex and all the others, the U. S. Mail is getting through just as fast!
