My wife and daughter just spent 4 hours in the ER waiting room, next to a guy bleeding in need of stitches who waited for the same amount of time before he left to go elsewhere. We were then told it would be another multiple hours before my 1.5 year old could get medical attention. All while instead they are running around with fake babies doing practice drills.
Im having my first child there and they refuse to be flexable on any dates and times. Im being forced to miss several important appointments. What great first memories... will never use again, but my girlfriend says the doctors are great.

Don't even get me started on when my wife gave birth at this crap hospital and I was just a moment shy of missing my daughter being born because I "had" to do paperwork that couldn't wait until afterwards.
When I had surgery there ,they were really good with me. They listened to my questions and answered them. They did not get annoyed or short with me. They made me feel as if I was as good as anyone else and that they were ok taking care of me. They treated me well. They were attentive and had patient with me.
Every time I deal with this hospital, I have issues with their billing. They never bill it correctly or they use the wrong Dx. codes. Don't even get me started at trying to get death certificates signed by their doctors for the funeral home I work for. Always takes me 3-4 phone calls. Most of the time the doctors just pass it on to the next doctor to sign.
ER nurses were rude, acted like they were all in terrible moods. My husband sat in the ER for a couple hours with 3rd degree burns before his pain got so bad that we had to go elsewhere. If you need Emergency care this is NOT the hospital for you.
