As the owner, I will confirm that no we did not get back to Mr. Carlson right away, as he was informed of this at the time of his call. He called right before the holidays, and was informed that we were quite busy. And since he did not buy the chair from us and never contacted the place where he did buy the the chair, he was not a top priority. We did repair his chair for him. That being said I will never sell to him either.
I called Murrays for a repair. They said they will send someone to look at it in a couple days. So they know what parts to order. Two weeks later still haven't had any service people and not even a phone call! The customer service here is terrible. I will never buy from them
Had a great experience today. We didn't buy mattress here today, but will be going back for coach and chair next week. Mary was very helpful and friendly.
