This past spring we had a tire go flat on our tractor. After calling our normal tire people and discussing the three day wait, my boyfriend and I decided to call Bad Axe Tire. They were able to get to us and get to work on the tire in no time! Customer service at this point was amazing and we were very pleased. However, approximately two weeks after having the tire fixed, it went flat again. We called our regular place and they recommended that we have Bad Axe Tire fix the leak since we suspected it was due to a lack of cleaning the rim and rust had punctured the tire. Bad Axe Tire did promptly send out a professional who confirmed it was in fact their fault the tire was flat again and said there was no charge for the service. A small period of time passed and we received a bill in the mail. There was some heated discussion over the phone and we decided to not pay the bill. Now, several months later they are threatening to sue. As I would not like this to go to court, I tried again to call and resolve the issue. Mr. Talaski, the owner of the business, was very disrespectful and made several bogus excuses as to why the tire went flat and how it was our fault. He ended the conversation by yelling cuss words at me in an extremely unprofessional manner and then hung up the phone. I am extremely disappointed that Mr. Talaski does not stand behind his work and has no professionalism.
